Molin receives Silver ESOP Award
Molin Concrete has received the "Silver ESOP Award" from the ESOP Association. The Association gave these awards to companies that have been maintained their Employee Stock Ownership Plans for 25 years or more. Molin Concrete established our Employee Stock Ownership Plan and Trust in 1974. We were among the first companies, nationwide; to establish a plan that shares the benefits of ownership with employees. Since its' inception, Molin's ESOP has been acquiring ownership in our company. In 2007, after 30+ years of existence, the ESOP became the sole owner of Molin Concrete Products Company. Molin's ESOP structure is very beneficial to our company, and therefore the employees. Nationwide studies have shown that the ESOP model helps build stronger and more successful companies. For more information on ESOP's and the ESOP Association go to www.esopassociation.org. 01.15.08
