Molin Precast Columns and Prestressed Beams are structural members mainly utilized with the Molin Hollow Core product for multi-story residential (dormitories, hotels/motels, apartments, etc.) and industrial applications.
- Molin Precast Columns are typically poured in steel forms in 12 inch, 16 inch, 20 inch and 24 inch increments. Customize forms for special applications are also available. All columns are mildly reinforced.
- Molin Prestressed Beams are poured in a 24-inch-wide stressing form, and are typically 24 inches wide and range from 16- to 40-inches in depth. Lesser widths can be obtained with drop-in sides if desired.
- Molin also offers Precast Lintel Beams in 7-5/8 inch and 11-5/8 inch nominal widths that range from 8" - 40"-inches in depth.
