Molin's precast structural walls can be utilized for above grade applications: both interior load-bearing and exterior load-bearing walls. Molin's structural walls are maximized when used in Total Precast Structures. Efficiencies are achieved when our precast components work together: our structural wall panels provide interior and exterior load-bearing walls and our hollow core planking provides the deck for a structure. The speed of construction is greatly increased because precast installs in one tenth of the time that masonry or poured walls require. There is no need to store products on site and finishing can begin once the precast structure is installed. Also, when utilizing total precast structures, there are fewer subs to coordinate, allowing the designers and contractors to spend time on other important parts of the building.
