Alex joined Molin Concrete Products in January 2018 and served as a design engineer and preconstruction engineer before stepping into the role of Corporate Director of Design Services in late 2025. In this role, Alex oversees the engineering and design operations for both Molin Twin Cities and Molin Sioux Falls.

Alex graduated from the University of Minnesota Duluth with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering in 2017 and earned his PE license in 2022. Throughout his career, he has consistently drawn on his strengths in design, technical communication, and collaboration to advocate for efficient and innovative precast building systems.

In his leadership role, Alex is passionate about crafting systems and processes that serve people first. He believes that when teams are supported, empowered, and equipped with the right tools, worker satisfaction and high-quality output naturally reinforce one another.

Away from work, Alex enjoys spending time with his wife and son, working on home improvement projects, and getting outside to enjoy the great outdoors.
