Mike Rufenacht joined Molin in June 2019 as Director of Manufacturing and now leads Molin’s production, scheduling, quality, and maintenance/facilities teams as Chief Operating Officer. He brings an extensive background in manufacturing across several industry sectors, making him a valuable asset to Molin’s leadership team. Mike’s focus on continuous improvement supports Molin’s ongoing drive for ever-better quality, delivery, and cost performance.

A graduate of UW–Platteville with a B.S. degree in Industrial Technology Management, Mike is nearing completion of an M.S. degree in Manufacturing Systems from the University of St. Thomas and is a Lean Master.
