Susan joined Molin Concrete Products in 2018 as Director of Human Resources and, in May 2019, assumed additional responsibilities as Director of Safety. She graduated from Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota, with a degree in Business Administration and Accounting. Prior to joining Molin, Susan worked in the transportation, service, retail, and agricultural industries, holding roles in both Operations and Human Resources.

In January 2025, Susan was promoted to Vice President of Human Resources and Safety. Throughout her career, she has had the opportunity to lead and manage a wide range of operations and human resources departments. Susan’s zest for life includes traveling and spending time with her four adult children and their families, often enjoying the outdoors, nature, and time at the lake.
