What excites or inspires you about your work?

I like working in the construction field because every project is different, it gives me the opportunity to learn different methods of construction and to meet new people. It’s always exciting and rewarding to see the finish results of the projects that I’ve worked on. It’s humbling to know that so many people contributed and were part of the development and completion of the projects. This inspires me to keep challenging myself to grow and to always do my best.

If you could build anything, what would it be?

If I could build anything, I would like to build a house underwater with a view of marine life on full display.  I know it would be technically challenging and hard work, but it would be worth it.

What do you want to be when you grow up?

Growing up, I wanted to be an explorer. I like to travel, immerse in new cultures, be in different ecosystems and most of all, try new food. Since food is the universal language and there’s no better way to connect than through food.
