What excites or inspires you about your work?
I truly get excited to help people interact with our company. When customers pick up the phone to call us or type out an email to us, they have a challenge that needs to be solved. I like to help our customers leverage our company’s strengths to find the right solution.

What’s your first memory or activity related to current occupation?
Since I am a 5th generation family member of the company, I have many, wonderful memories of growing up around the precast concrete industry. I would have to say that some of my earliest memories were when my dad would take me to the Flexicore plant when I was very young. He would sometimes stop in on the weekends at the plant to check in and I would get to explore the plant with him. A precast concrete plant can be a pretty magical place to a 7 year old.

What do you want to be when you grow up?
Saying that one is “grown up” assumes some kind of finished product. I like to consider myself a lifelong learner and hope to continue to learn and grow well into the future. The pace of change in the world keeps speeding up and I hope to learn enough to navigate and enjoy it the best I can.
