What excites or inspires you about your work?

I enjoy being a part of the process of concept idea to finished product.  Over the years there have been many challenges but they help prepare for those that are new and more complex.    

What’s something most people don’t know about you?

Before working at Molin I worked for my father in new home construction.  At an early age I knew I wanted to work in the construction industry.
