What excites or inspires you about your work?

The ability to plan and adapt to ever changing project designs, environments and conditions. It’s fun to think through and coordinate the logistics from start to finish. The end result of a construction project (a functional facility) is a very gratifying process to be a part of.

What do you want to be when you grow up?

Personally, I want to be a good dad and husband. Everything I do is with the best interests of my family in mind. I hope to set a good example for my daughter as she grows up. Professionally, I want to be a good leader who encourages team members to be proactive, think outside the box for solutions and strive for professional growth.
