What colors and finishes are available for precast concrete?

The colors and finishes available for use with precast concrete are virtually endless. Molin will work with you to find the color and finish specific to your project. Part of Molin’s Design Assistance service is going through the sample process with our customers to ensure we find the perfect color and finish for the project.

Does Molin do any onsite concrete work?

We do not. All precast concrete work is done in our climate controlled facility and delivered to your worksite. This allows us to ensure the quality and integrity of the precast material meets our high standards. Because of this, we can also manufacture our precast concrete products despite any adverse weather conditions, keeping your project on or ahead of schedule.

Does Molin do its own erection?

How large is the region you work within?

Molin’s work spans throughout the upper Midwest, including Minnesota, South Dakota, North Dakota, Iowa, Colorado, Wyoming, Nebraska, Missouri, Kansas, and Wisconsin. But we are always open to discussion for work located elsewhere. With over 11,000 jobs completed, examples of Molin’s precast concrete projects can be seen in major metropolitan areas in and around Minneapolis, MN, Sioux Falls, SD, Rapid City, SD, Sioux City, IA, Fargo, ND, Omaha, NE, Kansas City, MO, and Des Moines, IA. No matter the project size, we are helping build communities large and small with structures that stand the test of time.

Do you do caulking?

Molin does have its own caulking division, Molin Sealants and Restoration.

What precast concrete products do you offer? What products do you not offer?

Your Molin representative will provide design assistance and recommend which of our precast concrete products will be most advantageous for different areas of your project. We also work with our customers to ensure we find the perfect color and finish for the project.

Which suppliers do you utilize for brick?

Molin requires our thin brick to meet PCI tolerances. We use Endicott thin brick, unless other brick is specified, supplied by Innovative Brick Systems.
