Molin’s Field Operations team delivers safe, efficient, high-quality installation of our precast/prestressed components backed by decades of experience and industry certifications. Our team manages projects from award through installation and closeout, working closely with contractors, engineers, and project teams to ensure precast systems are installed accurately and on schedule.

Molin’s experienced field leadership supports the installation of a full range of structural and architectural precast systems, including architectural wall panels, hollowcore planks, double-tees, columns, beams, stadia seating, and stair systems.
By managing every phase in-house through our PCI-certified production facility and PCI-certified field crews, we reduce coordination issues, save time in the schedule, and keep your project moving in all weather conditions. With over 75 years of installation experience and 80+ years of combined foreman knowledge, we know how to get the job done right.

Molin takes a three-phased project approach that focuses on preinstallation, active installation, and post-installation guidance and coordination with the project team to ensure the precast scope of work is compliant and complete.
We provide field services that support the successful completion of precast projects, including:
- Engineered precast bracing plans
- Temporary guardrails and fall protection
- Precast joint sealants and building envelope sealants
- Architectural patching and structural repairs
- Punch list completion and final panel cleaning
