Burnett County Highway and Maintenance Departments

Molin produced 9,954 square feet of Hollow Core and 41,268 square feet of insulated architectural precast wall panels for this new maintenance facility. The architectural precast wall panels were produced with a combination of etched and sandblast finishes to provide the contrast desired by the designers and the owners representatives.

This new 65,000 square foot facility was built on a more centrally located site than the former 18,000 square foot maintenance building to provide faster response and more efficient operations than the former facility. The new facility includes warm and cold vehicle storage for vehicle and record storage, a four-bay vehicle repair and maintenance area, a wash bay and administrative offices.
