Pact Charter School

Seeing the need to grow along with its student body, PACT Charter School broke ground in 2022 on a brand-new Secondary Campus in Ramsey, Minnesota. This new campus is designed to expand the school’s reach by providing dedicated space for both middle and high school students. It’s an exciting step forward for the school and the community. The 2024–2025 school year will mark PACT’s 30th anniversary, celebrating three decades of serving Ramsey’s educational needs and creating a strong foundation for future generations of learners. The new campus is a big part of that continued commitment to growth and excellence.

Precast Concrete was the ideal solution for this education project. Being produced off-site and delivered ready to install was a key element in meeting the project schedule goals. Precast’s long service life and exceptional durability make it an ideal material for spaces dedicated to learning. In addition to its speed of installation, precast concrete offers outstanding fire resistance, and low maintenance requirements, ensuring that school buildings remain safe and secure for years to come. Its inherent strength and thermal efficiency create comfortable learning environments while reducing energy costs. This project featured architectural wall panels that included etched and sandblasted finishes with bright, bold red and black painted areas aligning with the school’s colors.   

All of these factors combine to make precast concrete a robust and efficient solution for educational construction projects.
