Molin produced 8,725 square feet of Hollow Core, 2,964 square feet of structural precast wall panels, and 69,692 square feet of insulated architectural precast wall panels for the two new facilities offering truck sales, leasing, and maintenance facilities. Construction of both projects were completed concurrently.
The architectural precast wall panels were produced in an owner-selected, colored mix with etched and sandblast finishes to provide the contrast and aesthetic desired by the designers and the owner.
The new 68,000-square-foot South St. Paul facility serves as the new Rihm Kenworth headquarters and offers sales & leasing offices, a parts department, and service bays. The new 75,000-square-foot Coon Rapids facility includes a body shop with an alignment rack, sales & leasing offices, a parts department, and service bays.
