Thor-RAC

Molin Concrete Products recently designed, produced, and installed the precast wall panels and spandrel panels as well as solid slabs for a storm water tank as part of the new four-story RAC project in north Minneapolis. In addition to Thor, which will occupy 17,000 square feet of office space, companies like Target Corp., Hennepin County, and Metropolitan Economic Development Association have relocated to the RAC. On the street level, tenants include Sammy’s Avenue Eatery, ME & I fitness center, and Build Wealth Minnesota. The RAC project includes a 625-stall underground parking garage and the Richard A. Copeland Art Gallery and Entrepreneurial Center.
